The purpose of Perth French Theatre is to live French cultural experiences, together. French learners of all level and French speakers are welcome.
Acting training is a powerful tool to enhance our potential, to develop confidence, to rediscover the fantastic world of imagination and creation, to connect with a group, all differences enriching each other.
It is also an efficient way to practice a language for French learners.
It's a place where we create together while learning many acting techniques useful in everyday life!
And finally, it is a wonderful excuse to meet and speak French.
Our 2-day French acting workshops are created to give adults an opportunity to explore acting and practice their French at the same time in a fun and relaxed environment. The training encourages them to find confidence through many exercises. Students' imagination and creativity can blossom to their full potential. It is a perfect activity to further develop the learning outside of a book. These 2-day workshops totally immerse you in French language and culture.
Adults who complete the two 2-day workshops on offer throughout the year (or have already trained with PFT for at least six months) can join the performance group.
