If you answered yes, you and your Doctor will be required to complete a “Special Needs Health Support Plan” and/or an “Individual Emergency Action Plan”, to ensure the centre is fully prepared to manage your child’s special health needs, including staff appropriately trained to administer medication or other actions required to manage the child’s condition.

    Student behaviour

The accepted expectations for appropriate student behaviour apply whilst attending the Immersion camp. No student is to bring along or be involved in the consumption of alcohol, tobacco or any other non-prescription drugs. Students are reminded that at no time are they allowed to move away from the campsite or an activity without a staff member’s permission.  They are not allowed to be out of bed at night times after “lights out” without an appropriate reason.  Students’ concern for the safety and well-being of themselves and others must be paramount at all times.

Any breach of the stated behavioural expectations may result in the student concerned being sent home early from the program. In such a situation, the family would be expected to cover any additional costs incurred.
