PFT will not be held responsible or liable for any damage, loss, injury or allergy reaction occurred during the party.
Bookings policy & deposit
Bookings are to be made via PFT website at any time. A non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment of the deposit is considered as an approval of these terms & conditions.
Payment
Once booking is secure and guest number is confirmed, a final invoice will be sent. Invoice is to be paid in full 7 days prior to the party.
Travel fees
Travel fee applies for every party 15km + from the Perth CBD. PFT reserves the right to invoice you the travel fee after the event in the case that the address changes last minute, after booking & payment has been finalised ($0.5/km each way)
Changes to booking & cancelations
If you need to reschedule your party and give us more than 4 days notice, there will be no additional fee and we will do our best to find a new suitable time. If you give us less than 4 days notice about postponing your party, a 50% fee will apply.
If you cancel your party more than 4 days prior to the event, a 50% fee will apply, if you give us less than 3 days, a 100% fee will apply.
If your event is canceled or postponed due to Covid-19 related reasons, the changes to booking and cancelation policies won’t apply and we will make sure to refund you your money or reschedule to the best of our ability.
