Petros is a composer, born in Athens, Greece and raised in Perth, Western Australia.
Some of his work is inspired by ancient Greek theatre, visual/aural ethno-epistemology and the symbiotic relationship between philosophy, art and science.
His sound installations have featured in San Francisco’s Museum of Modern Art, Perth Institute of Contemporary Art, and he has also collaborated with many artists such as KK Null (Zena Geva), Ikue Mori from DNA (NY) and Chrissie Parrott Dance Company.
Petro is currently working on an amazing exhibition for the Fringe festival: The Daedalus Project.
The Exhibition showcases new and challenging work from 8 Hellenic-Australian artists all working with a broad range of technology enabled mediums through performance, robotics, Aerogel sculptures, sound installation, video, photography and textiles.
Started composing for PFT during the production of Lysistrata. His talent and professionalism were a phenomenal gift.
He accepted to follow our collaboration and did the soundtrack of Antigone.
He is now working on our third play: Le porteur d'histoire and luckily for us, part of the PFT team.
